  1. Great post. It’s be exciting to watch how important Social Media will be for marketing and the internet as a whole. Where I work we have developed a social media monitoring tool to track the SM industry. How do you feel tools like this can impact the market?

  2. Dean, thanks for the comment! I just checked out your site, looks like a very cool tool! I think social media monitoring tools are very much needed, and will end up impacting the market in a positive way. There’s so much “noise” out there, that there is a great need for products to help companies filter out the end user’s true engagement with their product/service. And, theres also a large need for companies to have access to tools to engage in relevant conversations with current or future consumers in a very timely way.
